Operates off the heat exchangers from the steam boilers (100 HP boiler in summer only)
Individual electric hot water heaters: Serves buildings B-I

Electrical Service
Two (2) PSE&G 13.2 KV circuits: Service the property
Penns Neck–active (normally open), Plainsboro; stand by (normally closed)
Each circuit connects to a 1200A main disconnect, which is connected to a 1200A bus with a normally closed tie breaker. On the load side of the bus, the services remain segregated, exiting the main switchgear from two (2) 1200A feeder breakers

Meter B: 3’ serves cooling tower #1–water only
Meter C: 3’ serves cooling tower #1–water only
Meter D: 4” building I–water and sewer

Fire System
Fire Service: 10” line is tapped from the 16” domestic loop that serves the fire pump and jockey pump/fire sprinkler system. Serves all buildings except building I. Building I has a separate 6” fire service line loop.
Fire Alarm: Two fire alarm systems: one system serves buildings A-H, CTC and hotel. Second system is a stand alone system for building I.
Smoke Matrix System: The sophisticated smoke evacuation system encompasses the hotel (exhaust fans only), CTC and buildings A-H.
All fire panels are monitored from the security office in building B.

Four (4) Westinghouse Elevators: Hydraulic/cap 3500 lb–locations F and entrance 3
